Job Description
Join the guest services team at Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo, one of the most prestigious resorts in the principality. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Monaco in a role that blends professionalism, elegance, and international hospitality. The concierge will be the face of the hotel, providing outstanding support to guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with reservations, directions, and local recommendations
Coordinate transport, event tickets, and other services as requested
Liaise with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experience
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Monaco’s events and venues
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset
Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Valid work authorisation to work in Monaco
