Job Description
Teleperformance Italy is looking for a motivated English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rome. This is an excellent opportunity to work in Italy and provide world-class support to international clients. You’ll handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction across communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Manage service complaints with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues
Follow communication scripts and quality standards
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
EU work authorisation or valid Italian permit
Previous customer support or call centre experience preferred
Proficiency with basic computer systems and typing
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
