Mediterranean Bay Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent for its Sliema location in Malta. If you speak English and are looking to work in Malta’s dynamic hospitality industry, this role offers a great opportunity in a well-established hotel with an international guest base.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures
Handle reservations and update booking systems
Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requests
Manage payments and issue invoices accurately
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Legal right to work in Malta or EU work permit
Previous hotel front desk or reception experience
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
