Posten Norge AS is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join its Oslo headquarters. The role involves planning, tracking, and optimizing the flow of goods and services across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers
Track inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain logistics records and documentation for audits
Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with customs and transport regulations
Requirements
Legal right to work in Norway or eligibility for a valid work permit
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, CargoWise)
Fluency in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
