Key Responsibilities
Operate assembly line machinery and production tools
Monitor automated systems and report technical issues
Inspect parts for defects and ensure product quality standards
Keep accurate production logs and update digital tracking tools
Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines in the workplace
Requirements
Valid work permit for Germany or eligibility to obtain one
Basic technical or mechanical skills (training available)
Ability to work in shifts and stand for long periods
Understanding of workplace safety regulations
Basic German or English communication skills
