Morliny Foods, a leading meat and food processor in Poland, is hiring full-time Food Packaging Operators for its production facility in Łódź. This factory job in Europe is open to qualified applicants from all countries, including outside the EU, who meet the visa eligibility criteria. The position involves hands-on work with food packaging machinery and adherence to strict hygiene protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate packaging machines and conveyor belts
• Check product quality and labelling
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist in loading/unloading and palletizing finished goods
• Report any faults to shift supervisors
Requirements
• Legal eligibility to work in Poland (visa sponsorship available for eligible non-EU citizens)
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a factory environment
• Basic English communication or willingness to learn Polish
• Previous factory or food production experience is an advantage
