Job Description
Lerøy Seafood AS is hiring Seafood Production Workers at its processing facility in Ålesund. This fish processing job in Norway offers a full-time contract in one of the country’s key seafood production hubs. The role includes physical tasks in cold environments and follows strict food safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, fillet, trim, and pack fish products for export
Sort seafood by size and quality on processing lines
Operate machines under supervision and monitor packaging flow
Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the shift
Report any irregularities to team leads promptly
Requirements
Legal eligibility to work in Norway or to obtain a Norwegian work permit
Ability to work in refrigerated production areas
Basic communication skills in English or Norwegian
Previous food industry or manual labor experience is an advantage
