Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Driver – Airport Transfer for a full-time, permanent position in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role involves transporting guests safely and efficiently to and from the airport while delivering exceptional service as part of a high-standard hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests between the airport and property
Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a smooth, comfortable ride
Use route planning tools and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to management
Keep accurate records of mileage, trips, and fuel usage
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report damages or maintenance needs
Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies
Provide clear, courteous communication to guests and colleagues
Accept and record cash transactions when required
Adapt to changing schedules and operational needs

Requirements
Valid Vietnamese driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle
Proven professional driving experience
Sound understanding of Phu Quoc’s roads and traffic laws
Clean driving record with no major violations
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills
Fluency in Vietnamese; English is a plus
Ability to lift luggage and perform physical duties
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
