Job Description
Gulf Horizon Recruitment is hiring a Staff Dining - Commis I on behalf of a luxury hospitality client in Tabuk 47914, Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time opportunity is part of a major resort pre-opening in The Red Sea area. The role is responsible for preparing and serving daily meals to hotel staff in the employee dining area, supporting overall culinary operations with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals for staff according to daily menus
• Serve food courteously and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
• Uphold food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory receipt, and basic prep tasks
• Support planning and kitchen maintenance alongside senior chefs
• Work as part of a collaborative culinary team to ensure timely service
Requirements
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia
• Previous kitchen experience in hospitality or food service
• Basic culinary knowledge and food safety awareness
• Physically capable of lifting and working on your feet for long periods
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
