Job Description
Driscoll’s is hiring seasonal strawberry pickers in the USA to join our team for the 2025 harvest season. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to high-quality fruit production. The work is physically demanding but rewarding, supporting one of America’s leading berry growers.
Key Responsibilities
• Harvest strawberries by hand with care and speed
• Sort and pack fruit according to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area
• Follow supervisor instructions and field safety protocols
• Work efficiently in variable weather conditions
Requirements
• Must have legal authorization to work in the USA (visa sponsorship may be available)
• Ability to work while standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions
• Commitment to scheduled shifts throughout the harvest season
