Job Description
A well-established hospitality group in Dubai is hiring a Guest Service Agent to join its Rooms Division team. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and support the check-in/check-out process
Process reservations, cancellations, and guest requests using the hotel system
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and service needs professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations
Promote hotel services, room upgrades, and local attractions
Ensure accurate billing and payment collection
Handle emergency situations calmly and according to procedure
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, especially regarding security and safety
Assist in maintaining inventory for front desk operations

Requirements
Must have legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
Basic math skills and experience handling payments
Computer literacy; experience with hotel software like Opera is an advantage
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
