A new luxury hotel opening soon in Tokyo is looking for a Canine Ambassador to bring warmth, joy, and a unique guest experience to its team. If you're passionate about dogs and love connecting with people, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to represent the spirit of hospitality alongside a four-legged team member.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests at the hotel entrance alongside a resident Black Labrador, the hotel’s Chief Happiness Officer

Engage warmly with guests and their pets to create memorable first impressions

Host and lead dog-friendly events and social activities

Support the development of pet-focused services and amenities

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for pet lovers

Qualifications
A true passion for dogs and an outgoing, approachable personality

Bilingual in English and Japanese with strong communication skills

Experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable

Understanding of basic dog behavior and training methods

Familiarity with pet wellness and care practices

Certifications in animal behavior, dog training, or pet first aid are a plus

Creative and comfortable using social media for guest engagement

Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Able to manage dogs of various sizes and temperaments with confidence and care

Calm, empathetic, and enthusiastic under all circumstances
