Key Responsibilities
Support the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk, concierge, bell staff, and related operations

Ensure high service standards are maintained consistently

Supervise daily staffing levels and scheduling in line with business needs

Handle bi-weekly payroll for the department

Train and mentor Front Office team members

Assist in implementing and promoting guest room upgrade programs

Manage internal communications across shifts via logs, meetings, and emails

Address and follow up on guest concerns and service recovery situations

Identify areas for improvement in front office procedures and lead action plans

Help boost employee engagement through strategic initiatives

Comply with departmental policies and safety standards

Maintain flexibility with work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and occasional overnights

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a Front Office management role

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality environment

Proficiency in a property management system (PMS)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

Degree in hospitality or a related field preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Team player with a strong customer service mindset
