Position Overview:
As a Senior Engineering Execution Manager you will be instrumental in the planning, development, and execution of capital projects that are critical to our business objectives. You’ll work alongside key stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions that meet our high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. From managing detailed planning and budgets to executing large-scale engineering projects, you’ll be driving impactful change while optimizing resources and processes across the board.
What You Will Bring:
Project Management Expertise: You bring 5+ years of experience managing small to medium-scale CAPEX projects. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure quality execution is critical to your success.
Engineering Experience: With a background in engineering, you bring deep technical knowledge, especially in electrical and controls (an asset). You excel in one or more engineering disciplines.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Flexibility & Adaptability: You demonstrate flexibility in dealing with project changes and work well in dynamic environments.
What Extra Ingredients You Bring:
Strong CapEx Project Management Experience
B.S. in Engineering
P.Eng License (or working towards it) – Preferred
Food Manufacturing Experience – Preferred
Knowledge of Local Regulations & Standards
Certifications in Project Management – A plus
Additional Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in small to medium-scale capital projects.
Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in managing project governance and delivering status updates to key stakeholders.
Travel: Infrequent travel required for vendor site visits and project-related tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with occasional flexibility for off-shift, weekend, or holiday work when necessary.
