Job Description:
Ford’s Kentucky Truck Plant is hiring motivated individuals for Truck Assembly Line Worker roles. Be part of the production team building the nation’s top-selling trucks, including the Super Duty F-Series.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble heavy-duty truck components on the line
Use air tools, torque wrenches, and lifting equipment
Inspect and test completed sections for quality
Support team performance and meet production targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work rotating shifts
Physically able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
Prior auto or truck assembly experience a plus
