As a Customer Success Partner, you'll play a crucial role, providing sales support and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term success. Your responsibilities will include handling client tenders, quotations with pricing teams, resolving disputes, and assisting in the billing process. You'll be instrumental in driving customer retention and improving overall volume handling.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
2 years of customer-facing experience or 6 months of client-facing roles.
Proactive mindset and service-oriented attitude.
Intermediate Excel proficiency, ability to handle multiple requests at a time.
B2 English level and strong adaptability.
Ensure effective internal communication to meet customer requirements.
Handle different stakeholders across different regions
Update contracts, rates, and conditions.
Provide personalized customer service and identify potential risks.
Resolve customer challenges leveraging company resources.
Handle high-caliber clients and support local/global initiatives and functional transformations.
Availability:

Must be fully available for in-office presence as it’s required at least 3 days per week with remote work for the rest.
