About Safety and Resilience (S&R) function:
With the Integrator 2030 strategy, Maersk aims to leverage the unique scale and scope of our operational control to provide the visibility, flexibility, and control that our customers require.
We in S&R function set Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Business Resilience and Quality standards for every operation under APMM control and constantly work with the business to meet required standards in all of our operation, such that we can provide customers with truly integrated logistics in a safe and efficient manner.
About the Role:
In S&R function, we’re on a bold journey to digitize and simplify global HSSE operations and ways of working. The role of Change and Training Manager is crucial to drive successful change by managing people impact, delivering clear strategies, and designing training that equips employees with the skills and knowledge to adopt new S&R Digital initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities
The Change and Training Manager will be the owner of the Change Management Strategy and Training Management Strategy for all S&R Digital projects and initiatives. As an individual contributor the Change and Training Manager is responsible to:
Shape change vision and readiness
Co-create and communicate the change vision aligned with organizational strategy and technology roadmap.
Conduct readiness assessments and create action plans to address gaps in adoption capability.
Drive stakeholder alignment and engagement
Build coalitions with key stakeholders, sponsors, and influencers to champion the change.
Facilitate alignment workshops to ensure buy-in across business and technology teams.
Own the end-to-end change journey
Develop and oversee integrated change plans covering communication, engagement, learning, and reinforcement.
Identify and manage change risks and resistance, using data to adjust plans as needed.
Enable digital capability building
Lead development of digital programs, not just for tool usage but for mindset shifts (e.g., data-driven decision-making, agility, innovation).
Embed learning into daily work (micro-learning, coaching, on-the-job support) beyond formal training.
Measure and sustain impact and Strengthen culture and ways of working
Define KPIs to track adoption, usage, and proficiency of the technology solution. Implement reinforcement strategies to embed new ways of working (e.g., change networks, champions, pulse surveys).
Continuously improve Digital transformation efforts
Gather lessons learned, success stories, and improvement ideas to enhance future change initiatives.
Leverage feedback to refine change strategies and learning solutions iteratively.
Whom are we are looking for
As a Change and Training Manager, we are looking for -
Experience leading change and training management for digital or technology transformations in a large-scale multinational organisation.
Strong grasp of change management frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to assess impact, manage resistance, and track adoption.
Digital mindset, enabling new ways of working.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication, or related field.
Relevant professional certifications in change management, project management, trainings management or digital transformation
Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and training software.
