Student Assistant – Software Engineering (.NET Core & Azure)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark | Upto 20 hours (Part-Time)
Maersk is a global integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying supply chains. As part of our digital transformation, we are developing state-of-the-art software products in-house to drive efficiency and automation across our global operations. We are now looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support our Service Delivery Platform team in Copenhagen.
This is a unique opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative software engineering environment, working alongside skilled engineers who develop scalable and resilient applications using modern technologies like .NET Core, Azure, and Angular.
What You'll Do
Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of microservices and web applications.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and designers in agile teams to support ongoing features and improvements.
Help with documentation, code quality checks, and automation tasks.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with fresh perspectives.
Perform technical research and experimentation to support innovation and problem-solving.
What You'll Learn
Real-world software development practices using C#, .NET Core, Azure, and Angular.
Agile methodologies including Scrum and DevOps workflows.
Fundamentals of microservice architecture and cloud-based infrastructure.
How to work in an international, cross-functional team delivering business-critical applications.
What We’re Looking For
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in software development and a basic understanding of programming concepts (especially in C#, .Net Core, Azure, Kubernetes).
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in English.
