We are looking for “Direct Transport Account Manager, LCL” to sell the product, based at our Istanbul office. You will manage existing and new customer relationships, performance and grow business in targeted areas while focusing on Company new strategy as a Global Integrator of Container Logistic! This role is a mix of client-facing, analytical, supporting and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
Managing Clients
Sell LCL product by calling or visiting existing customers & potential customers, manage existing and new clients
Develop client relations, grow client portfolio to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets (revenue)
Be accountable for LCL product sales, any other product sales achievement is more than welcome
Develop Client Value Proposition and answer their needs in Container Logistics jointly with Product team and other stakeholders
Keep record of sales activities in SFDC
Play role in other activities related to searching, attracting, retaining and developing Clients
Act as a back-up to sales colleagues when needed
Marketing
Conduct internal and external communication (client side) on new products, services and other upcoming changes
Stakeholder Management
Provide sales administration support to assigned Sales Executive(s)
Act as the back-up of Sales Support colleagues in case of their absence
Handle assigned sales activities for the team
Get involved in other activities related to sales support
We are looking for
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales
Strong Logistics and Services background is highly welcome; LCL sales expertise is a must
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Energetic and result oriented
Fluent in English and Turkish
Proficient in MS Office Programs
