We are currently hiring a Project Logistics Associate based in our Istanbul, Türkiye office. You will play a crucial role in planning and operating project logistics, delivering exceptional experiences to our internal & external customers, and ensuring the smooth execution of special cargo & project logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Plan the most efficient solution in accordance with the customer need, and prepare the offer accordingly by carefully coordinating with all involved local & global parties
Handle the daily operation & documentation of the shipments
Build strong relationships with all local & global stakeholders
Ensure smooth operation from planning to execution
Develop a full understanding of the logistics needs and requirements
Attend port operations if necessary

We are looking for:

Min. 2 years of experience within Ocean freight forwarding. Project Logistics knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated experience in handling customer requests with a commercial mindset
Strong sense of urgency and exceptional prioritization skills for time-critical tasks
Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, efficiently managing workload with agility
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
