What You’ll Do
Essential Functions
• Effectively delegate and guide the work of other team members in accordance with Company principles and management model
• Implement and manage assigned programs, processes and initiatives through effective delegation and collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate current processes and projects for recommended optimization
• Oversee management and associate teams for 3-5 stores
• Ensure freshness, availability and customer service standards are always met
• Motivate employees and create a results-focused working environment
• Ensure a high level of productivity by implementing efficient and effective work practices
• Coordinate, implement and monitor new standards and projects within the district
• Drive business results and hold teams accountable for KPIs and meeting targets
• Manage performance through coaching and development
• Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and appraisals for store management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient store operations
• Ensure continuous store compliance on company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned such as project work, concept implementation, and training

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to lead and manage large teams effectively
• Knowledge of store processes and procedures
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and motivate talented team members
• Ability to hold teams accountable and performance manage when required
• Ability to understand and influence KPI’s
• Ability to communicate effectively with Regional and HQ leadership
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Preferred Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
• Experience in a leadership position preferred
Physical Job Requirements
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Travel Requirements
• This position commutes between regional offices/stores/distribution centers 50% - 75% of the time within a day
• Anticipated travel will be by car, air, and/or train
• Must be flexible to travel overnight and stay in hotels for longer periods of time
• Flexibility to relocate along with Lidl US expansion; if qualified, domestic relocation will be provided
