Job Description:
NordicTech Solutions is hiring a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing Copenhagen team. This is a fully English-speaking role, ideal for expats and internationals with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
Troubleshoot software and product issues
Document support cases and escalate complex problems
Collaborate with tech and sales teams to improve client satisfaction
Deliver a high standard of service to global clients
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish not required
1+ year of experience in customer service or tech support
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot)
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
EU work permit or eligibility to relocate
