Job Description:
Nordic Language Center in Tampere is hiring an experienced ESL Instructor to teach adult learners in corporate and public programs. This flexible part-time role is well-suited for international teachers, including non-EU applicants, with visa sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach general and business English to adult learners at various CEFR levels
Prepare engaging lesson content focused on speaking and writing skills
Adapt instruction to individual and group learning goals
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
Maintain attendance and session reports
Requirements:
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Linguistics, or Education
1+ year of ESL teaching experience (online or in-person)
Fluent in English with clear pronunciation
EU work rights or willingness to relocate with employer sponsorship
