Job Description:
Horizon English Academy is recruiting passionate English Teachers for its growing network of international schools in Osaka. Open to applicants worldwide, this role offers cultural exchange, professional development, and full visa sponsorship through Japan’s Instructor Visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to students aged 4–15 using interactive methods
Prepare lesson plans and materials based on curriculum
Conduct assessments and provide student feedback
Participate in school activities and parent meetings
Foster a positive, immersive language learning environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any subject
Native or near-native fluency in English
TEFL/TESOL certification (120+ hours) preferred
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Willingness to relocate to Japan and complete visa process
