Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Optical Assembler to join its advanced optics manufacturing team in Londonderry, NH. This hands-on role involves assembling precision components for military and aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and align electro-optical devices and components
Use microscopes, tweezers, torque drivers, and bonding tools
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Perform quality checks and record results in production logs
Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical or optical assembly
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry)
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance
