Job Description

Organise and deliver outstanding food and service
Prepping for conferencing and a la carte
Food preparation and presentation as per guidelines
Complete parts of the food control plan
Check all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan
Washing dishes
A flexible approach in adapting to guests needs
Part time - 8 hours

Qualifications

Completed Level 3 or above in Professional Cookery
A passion for food & culinary arts
Team Player
Time management and work efficiently
Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
Physically fit, reliable and punctual
