Job Description:
3G Warehouse is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments at our New York distribution facility. This role is perfect for logistics professionals seeking a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure accurate labeling and routing of packages
Use WMS and shipping software for tracking and data entry
Inspect deliveries for damage and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
Familiarity with WMS, UPS/FedEx systems preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
