As aP2P Support Center Senior Specialist with German, you will:
Support External and Internal Stakeholders: Provide efficient support for P2P processes and tools, ensuring quick resolutions.
Create, maitain and promote user-friendly, self-service solutions for stakeholders.
Specialize in Procurement Processes: Tailor support for specific countries or products.
Optimize Workflows: Oversee and improve P2P workflows for efficiency and compliance.
Ensure Compliance: Monitor and report non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
Improve Processes: Contribute to enhancing overall process efficiency.

About you
You are a proactive and customer-oriented professional.
You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
You possess a background in finance or accounting with at least 5 years of experience.
You excel in communication and problem-solving.
You have previous experience with ticketing tools and support roles.
Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
You are fluent in English and German ( min B2)
Experience working in the DACH market is a plus.
You are ready to tailor support to meet diverse needs
