Job Description:
Arctic Gold Resources is actively hiring Underground Miners for its remote Alaskan gold mining site. The role includes operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and supporting underground extraction operations in one of the nation’s most mineral-rich regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate underground mining equipment including drills, loaders, and haul trucks
Support blasting, scaling, and mucking operations
Inspect work areas for safety and compliance
Report maintenance needs and perform minor equipment repairs
Maintain detailed logs and follow all MSHA regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of underground mining experience preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment physical
Familiarity with MSHA regulations
Ability to work in physically demanding, remote environments
