Job Description:
PREMIER Warehouse & Logistics is hiring a skilled Logistics Coordinator in Tampa, FL to oversee shipping operations and carrier management. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in supply chain, freight, or transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Track orders and resolve transportation issues
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams
Update logistics systems and generate reports
Ensure compliance with DOT and internal safety procedures
Requirements:
Associate degree or 2+ years of logistics coordination experience
Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting
