Job Description:
Medline Industries is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our healthcare clients from our Northfield headquarters. This position ensures prompt and accurate order processing and service issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Enter and manage orders in Medline’s CRM system
Resolve delivery issues and billing discrepancies
Coordinate with internal departments including shipping and sales
Provide support to hospital and clinic clients nationwide
Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
2+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Healthcare or B2B customer service experience a plus
