Job Description:
Manhattan Associates is hiring an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead supply chain solution deployments for clients across the retail, wholesale, and logistics industries. The role includes configuration, testing, and training support during client onboarding and post-launch optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requirements and configure Manhattan software platforms
Conduct on-site and remote implementations, training, and workshops
Develop and deliver system documentation and user guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D and Customer Support
Ensure on-time, on-budget project completion with high client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business
3+ years of implementation or consulting experience (preferably with WMS/TMS/OMS)
Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise software
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities
Willingness to travel up to 30–50% of the time
