Job Description:
Baumer Foods, makers of Crystal Hot Sauce, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to assist with inventory management, shipping, and receiving at our Louisiana distribution facility. This role ensures our hot sauce products reach retailers and customers on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized
Support production and logistics teams as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience or certification a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
Strong organizational and communication skills
