Job Description:
NorthStar Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Minneapolis distribution center. If you are organized, punctual, and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment
Unload and stock incoming deliveries
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
Maintain accurate inventory counts and data entry logs
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic computer or scanner use knowledge
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
