Job Description:
Wayne-Sanderson Farms is hiring Poultry Processing Line Workers at our Summit, MS facility. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to process and package poultry products in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assigned tasks on the processing line including cutting, deboning, trimming, or packing
Follow food safety and quality assurance protocols
Stand for extended periods while handling poultry products
Clean workstations and assist with sanitation as needed
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
No previous experience required; training provided
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for entire shift
Comfortable working in a cold and fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
