Job Description:
MidWest eComm Fulfillment is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support its expanding e-commerce operations in Rochester, MN. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for online customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and organize merchandise by SKU
Pick and pack customer orders using digital scanners
Check products for quality and accuracy
Assist with returns processing and restocking
Support overall inventory control and cycle counts
Requirements:
No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safety guidelines
Willingness to work weekends or flexible hours
