Job Description:
Plastic Sales & Service is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Representative to support our inside sales and order processing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Process orders and provide product quotes
Coordinate with production and shipping teams
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Support sales representatives with administrative tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of customer service or sales support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Experience in plastics or manufacturing industries is a plus
