Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guest services, including unpacking/packing, laundry, and special requests
Manage guest itineraries, make reservations, and arrange transportation as needed
Serve meals and beverages, including in-room dining experiences
Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of guest suites
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and protocol at all times
Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Butler in a luxury hospitality setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Degree from a School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant asset
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and international customs
Culinary knowledge and wine expertise
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of Cambodian culture and customs is highly advantageous
