Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in our spa facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and efficient in managing daily operations.

Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about spa services, treatments, and products
Manage spa bookings, appointments, and scheduling.
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and spa facilities
Assist guests with the use of spa amenities, including sauna, steam room, and other facilities
Provide product information and assist with retail sales
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of spa products and supplies
Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Assist with special events and promotions as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in the hospitality or wellness industry preferred
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Good command of English (both written and spoken) required
Professional appearance and positive attitude
