Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Uphold Raffles brand standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
Lead business planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the F&B Division.
Manage recruitment, training, development, and performance of the F&B team to build future leaders.
Coordinate daily operations, interdepartmental communication, promotional activities, and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading F&B operations in luxury environments, with strong financial and business acumen.
Expertise in food and beverage trends, menu development, service excellence, and cost management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills to build high-performing teams.
Strategic, hands-on, and detail-oriented with the ability to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
