Job Description

• Coordinate action in between banqueting and any other department of the hotel.

• Maintain all banquet supplies in stock and make ordering when needed.

• Schedule and organize casual teams with proper briefing on grooming and standards.

• Support banquet operations during the events and perform any other duties as assigned by banquet manager in a timely and efficient manner.


Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably from catering or banquet events.

• Excellent organizational, planning and managerial skills.

• Good communication skills in Khmer and in English.

• Attention to detail and quality, guest oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible with outstanding interpersonal skills.
