Job Description:
Swagelok is hiring skilled CNC Machinists to operate precision equipment at our advanced manufacturing facility in Solon, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for machinists looking to work with high-quality materials and cutting-edge technology in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe or mill) to produce precision parts
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Perform routine machine maintenance and quality checks
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or technical certificate
2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
Familiarity with HAAS, Mazak, or Okuma controls is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet production goals
