Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small mechanical components according to specifications
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
Operate hand tools and follow standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to read work instructions and use basic measuring tools
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
