Minimum Educational qualification: BA/BS with major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting.
Minimum Relevant work experience: At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in Accounting/Finance function (e.g.: Sales, factory or supply chain controller), international experience or similar.

Nestlé Angola is currently looking for a Decision Support Specialist who will establish accurate and relevant Financial /Management reports and analysis across business and countries.

- To lead our business partners to faster, better decision making by providing superior information and insights and utilizing efficient data management and business intelligence tools.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely together with Decision Support Team lead in order to provide a high-quality data / timely (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPIs (i.e. Daily Sales Report, Variance and Gap Analysis, ManCom Dashboards)
Ensure month end actual are correctly accounted and provide variance analysis against forecasts / budgets for all lines of the income statement. Identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop & follow up on action plans based on above.
Prepare Dynamic Forecast reports and analysis for review and onward presentation to the Business Pilots and ManCom
Ensure correct postings of business MOGE costs and review variances against targets. Review MOGE Overhead Cost Module across charges/allocations
Prepare Financial Justifications (Replacement & Rationalization, Capacity increase and New Products, Total business) to support the viability or otherwise of a project. Prepare Post Project Evaluations (PPE)
Organize and perform the period-end close and related activities across businesses. Ensure high quality and Efficient process PEC output (i.e. GLOBE-Magnitude reconciliation and Interface, FI-CO reconciliation etc.. ) with regard to speed
Act as a SPOC for PEC and Dynamic Forecast activities with the countries.




WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Experience in Accounting/Finance function (e.g.: Sales, factory or supply chain controller), international experience or similar
BA/BS with major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or BA/BS with coursework up to and including intermediate accounting.
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience is a plus
Master’s degree in data analysis is an added advantage
Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages
Good analytical skills
Business management background
Great Interpersonal & collaboration skills
Very proactive & has a positive mindset
Can work under pressure
Knowledge in Excel, SAP, PowerBI, Microsoft Office suite
Project management experience is a plus.
