Undergraduate Intern for Nutrition team (July-Dec 2025, 5 days/week).

Specialisation/Course: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer

Overview of the Department / Division: The MILO CTU comprises of a group of experts in Manufacturing and Engineering in MILO Technology. We are supporting 11 factories world wide to Upgrade, Build new, Maintain and troubleshoot operations. We are also the custodian of Recipe deployment to the markets.

Job Scope / Responsibilities / Requirements:

This candidate will create the base drawings and animation for the CIP of the VBD, Mixer and Feed Kettle. Candidate needs to be competent in:
1. Auto- Cad
2. PID creation
3. Creation of animation to explain the CIP spray and flow, this can be in any program as long as its visually professional
4. He needs to be able to calculate
a. Back pressure of CIP nozzle, fluid dynamics
b. Estimated spray coverage and pattern
c. Flow requirement of cip circuits

1. To understand the aim of preventive maintenance and how its done the Nestle way
2. To collaborate with the markets on the developments of BMP
3. To achieve the required number of Maintenanve practises and get them validated with the experts in the CTU and also vendors

Learning Objectives / Outcomes:

1. Leadership skills, courage and colaborating with others in the zone to achieve the desired BMP results
2. Understand the structure to create best maintenance practises
3. Draft MILO preventive maintenance plan

Internship Project(s): Define Maintenance Plan and Best Maintenance Practices.
