DESCRIPTION
Nuestro equipo de Sector Público Global está buscando un/a Gerente de Cuenta para incrementar nuestras operaciones en el Sector Público en Perú principalmente enfocado en Gobierno Central. La persona que buscamos para esta posición debe contar con experiencia comercial y técnica para posicionar los servicios de la nube de AWS construyendo relaciones con los clientes de Sector Público.
Esta posición estará basada en Perú y trabajará directamente con clientes a un nivel comercial y técnico, así como con miembros del equipo entre arquitectos de nube y desarrolladores de software.
Key job responsibilities
- Manejo de cuentas, manejo de cuota de mercado en un territorio definido para alcanzar o exceder las metas establecidas.
- Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia para mantener una cartera robusta de clientes con relaciones duraderas a largo plazo e incrementos progresivos en las ventas de varias cuentas simultáneamente.
- Acelerar el proceso de adopción de nube de los clientes mediante las relaciones comerciales y brindando información respecto al producto, a través del manejo de datos y métricas de ventas dentro del territorio.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para ampliar esfuerzos, capacitar, trabajar en equipo y conseguir la adopción de recursos y procesos afines.
- Asistir al cliente en identificar casos de uso priorizando la adopción de los servicios de Amazon Web Services, así como crear e implementar programas y herramientas de ventas que aumenten el rendimiento en su territorio
- Experiencia directa trabajando en el campo de Sector Público y conocimiento de los procesos de compra de Gobierno en Perú.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
