The Power BI & Digital Manufacturing Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing the academy’s data analytics capabilities, with a specific focus on Power BI. This role will encompass enabling maturity and results within the organization, driving innovation, providing training and mentorship and offering implementation and troubleshooting support across the network. This is a 18 months opportunity that can run up to 24 months.

Your main responabilities will focus on :

Enable:
facilitate growth and maturity in data analytics practices
Promote the adoption of Power BI and best practices
Innovate:
Identify new opportunities for leveraging data analytics
Propose and pilot innovative data-driven solutions.
Test:
Design and execute test plans for data analytics solutions
Conduct thorough testing of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Train:
Develop and deliver training programs on Power BI
Create educational materials, including tutorials and workshops
Coach:
Provide one-on-one coaching on data analytics and Power BI
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Creation and leading of expert communities Implementation
Support:
Assist in the implementation of data analytics solutions
Provide hands-on support for Power BI tool deployment
Remote Troubleshooting: offer remote support to resolve Power BI issues.
Maintain documentation of common issues and solutions
Masterclass Development:
design and build high-quality masterclasses on Power BI
Continuously improve masterclass content based on feedback


About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is a plus
You have at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Power BI and Relational data based analytics solutions
Relevant certifications in SQL, DAX, Power BI, Python, AI and Machine Learning technologies
Experience in developing and delivering training programs on Power BI and AI technologies
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?


V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

You must be aged between 18 to 28.
You must have completed national service obligation
You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area
You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.


What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?

Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract
Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents)
There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution
You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month
Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid
