About the job
We are looking for a French speaking person who will join our team in Katowice as a Deployment Planner.

Your scope will be to:

Overall deployment of finished goods from plant production, daily/weekly planning of shipments of products for all sales units, locations to distribution centers and warehouses over the executional and partially the operational horizon

Monitoring deployment planning and managing exception in collaboration with plant, logistics teams as well as with external partners,

Generating forecasts for logistics (transportation, warehouse) and work with logistics to determine capacity, optimization possibilities,

Monitoring truckloads build parameters, and STO generation and insure on time delivery,

Creating sales orders for shipments to CBU’s,

Discussing deployment plan improvements with production planning, customers, or warehouse.


About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of Supply Chain planning (preferred industries: FMCG, Automotive),

Good level of English (B2/C1) is a must,

Good level of French (B2/C1) is a must,

Highly developed organizational skills and communication skills,

Good analytical skills,

ability to build effective relationships,

Knowledge of planning tools - SAP, Excel,

Continuous improvement mindset.

Please be advised that this opportunity will require work at our office at Chorzowska 6 in Katowice, three times per week.
