About the job
As a Senior GL Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with both group and local financial reporting standards. You’ll join the Financial Control team and take ownership of core reporting processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating monthly financial reporting activities
Reviewing and processing estimates, corrections, and tax-related entries
Ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial data with group and statutory requirements
Monitoring and reconciling GL accounts, including stock and spare parts
Collaborating closely with the GL Team Manager and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity
About you
2–3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in an audit environment
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and reporting standards across different legal frameworks
Proven track record in business process improvement and working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command of English (min. B2) and Polish, with strong communication skills across various stakeholders
