As aP2P Support Center Senior Specialist, you will:
Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for External and Internal Stakeholders:
Provide top-notch support for P2P processes and tools.
Ensure smooth operations and quick resolutions.
Create, maitain and promote user-friendly, self-service solutions for stakeholders
Specialize in Unique Procurement Processes:
Focus on specific countries or products.
Tailor support to align with the specific needs and regulations of each country or business unit.
Manage and Optimize Workflows:
Oversee P2P workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to company processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall process effectiveness.
Ensure Compliance and Reporting:
Execute, monitor, and report non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to Process Improvement:
Enhance overall processes to improve efficiency.

About you
About You
You are a proactive and customer-oriented professional.
You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
You possess a background in finance or accounting with at least 5 years of experience.
You excel in communication and problem-solving.
You have previous experience with ticketing tools and support roles.
Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
You are fluent in English and the main language of the region served.
You have experience working with Nordic countries is a plus
